A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to check-in.
Bookings cannot be modified once confirmed. Please ensure your travel plans are final before making a reservation.
All bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds or credits will be provided for early departures, unused nights, or changes made after arrival.
All direct bookings require valid identification and payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraudulent activity.

Keyless entry or lockbox instructions will be provided approximately 24 hours before arrival.
Fresh linens and one towel per registered guest are provided.
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay at the property unless prior approval has been granted.
Infants are welcome; however, the property is not baby-proofed. Travel cots may be available for AUD 50 when requested at the time of booking.
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided for guest convenience. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, availability and speeds cannot be guaranteed.
Guests may use the fully equipped kitchen responsibly and leave it in a clean condition.
One key fob per reservation is provided for gym, pool, or shared amenity access where applicable.
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Guests are expected to respect neighbors and local community standards.
Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Additional cleaning, deodorization, or repair costs resulting from violations will be charged to the guest.
