1. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking and making payment, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Reservation Policies

• Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before check-in.
• Non-Flexible Dates: Bookings cannot be modified once confirmed. Please ensure your travel plans are final before booking.
• Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
• Early Check-Outs: No refunds are provided for early departures or unused nights.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard Times: Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
• Early/Late Requests: Subject to availability, early check-in (from 12:30 PM) or late check-out (until 12:00 PM) is available for AUD 95.
• Access: Keyless entry or lockbox details will be provided 24 hours before arrival.

4. During Your Stay

• Linens & Towels: Fresh linens and one towel per guest are provided.
• Guests: Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
• Infants: Welcome, but property is not baby-proofed. Travel cot available for AUD 50 (request at booking).
• Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi provided.
• Kitchen Use: Fully equipped kitchen available for guest use.
• Shared Facilities: One key fob per reservation for gym/pool access.

5. House Rules

• Parties & Noise: No parties allowed. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
• Pets: No pets permitted.
• Smoking: Strictly no smoking on premises. Cleaning fees apply if violated.

6. Liability & Safety

• Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for securing valuables. We recommend travel insurance.
• Accidents/Injuries: Deluxe Spaces is not liable for injuries. Guests must use facilities responsibly.

7. Check-Out

• Before Departure: Dispose of trash and place used towels in the laundry basket. No need to strip beds.
• Luggage Storage: Not available. Nearby services can be recommended.
• Lost Items: Contact us promptly; return shipping costs apply.

8. Payments & Discounts

• Accepted Methods: Credit cards and bank transfers.
• Long-Stay Discounts: Available for stays over 7 or 30 days. Contact us for details.

9. Property Features

• Amenities include Wi-Fi, linens, towels, kitchen essentials, and a local guide.

10. Reviews

• Guests will receive an email to leave feedback after their stay.

11. Direct Booking Policy

• Fraud Prevention: All direct bookings require valid identification and payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraudulent activity without refund.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before escalating to formal proceedings. All bookings and disputes are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
• Compliance with WA Regulations: Deluxe Spaces operates in accordance with WA Short-Term Rental Accommodation (STRA) requirements, including property registration, development approval for un-hosted stays exceeding 90 nights per year, and compliance with safety standards.

12. Privacy Policy

• Collection of Information: We collect personal information such as name, contact details, and payment information solely for the purpose of processing bookings and complying with legal requirements.
• Use of Information: Your information will only be used for reservation management, communication, and compliance with Western Australian regulations.
• Data Security: All payment and personal data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures.
• Guest Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
• Compliance: Our privacy practices comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
